Is this a famous quote? It should be and if it’s not then please everyone reading this make a note that I am the person who said it first.
It can be hard building and running a business. It can be stressful yet exhilarating; consuming but freeing; sad at times but joyful mostly. You’d think the hardest part of having a business is getting clients to patron your business, but it’s not. . .it’s getting those clients to stay and become repeat clients. It’s getting Beach Ready Waxing’s clients to realize that no matter if something changes with their service or service provider that is inevitable and we do our best to evolve with that change. Remember though. . .evolution doesn’t happen over night (and I hear some people don’t believe it is a real thing at all, but I digress). When change occurs sometimes it takes a bit to fine tune our processes to adapt to that change, but we will do that. If you ever feel you are lost in a crack then we want to know so we can fix whatever we need to fix.
We also know and have much empathy for the fact that once someone does your Brazilian wax and becomes familiar with your parts (female and male) that it’s difficult to let someone else wax you. Beach Ready’s promise to you is that we will search and search until we find the technicians that we think will fit in with you, with our culture and have a skill that is unmatched before we hire them. The hiring process is all about what’s best for Beach Ready, what’s best for the client and what’s best for the new technician.
Why am I saying all of this do you wonder? Well, our beloved technician Tiffany decided she needed a different environment than Beach Ready Waxing. After going through what felt like the 7 stages of grief Beach Ready realizes that everyone grows and must do what they believe to be best for them. We miss her terribly, love her dearly and wish her all of the best.
We understand that clients will be concerned and we want everyone to know that our newest addition is as good as any we could have ever hoped for. Jakiera has been waxing for a different waxing establishment and decided she too needed a change and has joined our team. She is a brilliantly talented artist in most all mediums (pencil, paint, music, makeup) who discovered quite surprisingly that waxing is her jam and she is now brilliant at that.
